Bruce Munro’s ‘Ribbon Of Light’

We were delighted to be asked during lockdown to provide music for Bruce Munro’s ‘Ribbon Of Light’.

Bruce Munro is a world-renowned English/Australian artist best known for immersive large-scale light-based installations.

‘Ribbon Of Light’ is his tribute to the hard work and dedication of our NHS workers and volunteers. It transformed the top of Long Knoll in Wiltshire with 66,000 CDs stretched over 1,650 metres,

Pop Chorus were asked to sing ‘Over The Rainbow’ for a short accompanying film. 30 singers recorded themselves on mobiles at home in lockdown to create a virtual choir.
