Welcome to Suffolk’s friendliest* choir!

Singing’s good for you and good for others! It’s more popular than ever as people recognise its health benefits. And our choirs carry that good feeling into their local communities. What’s so good about singing?

Join Pop Chorus to sing great pop songs in glorious harmony, meet lovely people and support the local community. We’ve grown from humble beginnings of just 8 singers in 2012 to over 450 singers in 7 groups across Suffolk – plus hit the singles charts, performed at Latitude Festival, and sold out our own Ipswich Regent Theatre shows.

Whether you’ve sung before or not, you won’t need to audition, read music or have any experience to join Pop Chorus (and performing’s entirely up to you). Our summer term started w/c Monday 15th April, but new members are welcome any time, so why not come for a taster session and start something new in 2024.

Alternatively, our Wellbeing Sessions absolutely welcome anyone who just wants to turn up and sing along.

*we can’t prove this, but why not come along and see what you think?!
