Pop Chorus Limited runs feel-good adult contemporary and wellbeing choir groups in and around Suffolk, and online. We strive to provide a good online shopping experience, so this sets out our terms of service.

We make every effort to display and describe our products, services and events, and their associated prices and availability/lead times as accurately as possible in our online shop. In particular for garments, we use our experience to convey realistic sizes if we deem manufacturers’ claimed sizes as less realistic.
Some minor inaccuracies may be unavoidable: for example, when mocking up designs prior to our first production run, or where print sizes may vary slightly across different garment sizes.
Very occasionally errors, inaccuracies or omissions may come to light, in which case we reserve the right to correct them. Naturally, we will do our best to minimise the impact to shoppers and reach a mutually satisfactory resolution if there is an issue.
We reserve the right to change prices, modify or discontinue products, services and events, and limit sales, at any time without notice.
Our online shop is hosted on the WooCommerce e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products, services and events to you, linked with Stripe to process payments for us.
Your financial information is processed (securely) by these third parties, not Pop Chorus Ltd.
Initially, purchases can be made on a ‘Click & Collect’ basis only, by selecting which choir group you would like your order delivered to – for which there is no charge.
In the future, however, we hope to be able to offer delivery to UK addresses – details of delivery charges will be made clear when the service launches.
Returns and refunds
Put simply, we ask you to let us know of any problems as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to reach a happy resolution. But should you require a return or refund we will, of course, comply with consumer law:
You must let us know (best by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org) if you wish to return or get a refund on an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it.
You must then return the item to us within 14 days of telling us.
We must then process a return or refund to your original method of payment you within 14 days of receiving your returned item (exactly when you receive your credit may vary by card issuer).
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, and we will need to have your e-receipt as proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Delivery costs, if applicable, will be non-refundable.
